When the electronic ear plug protection is worn properly it provides passive protection of 29dB. When switched on Bluetooth® and listening circuit are both turned on and the device mploys built in directional microphones that amplify ambient sounds to a safe 85dB. This allows the ear to hear important commands on the range and crucial environment sounds when hunting for additional protection. It also actively listens and automatically stops amplification when loud impulse sounds like firearms discharges exceed 85 dB. The Bluetooth connection is searchable using your input device.
